Delivery

We aim to delivery your products within 3-5 working days of placing your order via Royal Mail, providing the item/s are in stock and unless otherwise specified in the product description. However, if you require a 'Next Day' delivery, please select the appropriate drop down box option at 'Checkout'.

If an item is 'out of stock' it will notify you at the time of placing the order, however if you wish us to notify you when the item is back in stock, please e-mail us sharonib@hotmail.co.uk and we will let you know when the item will be back in stock.

International Orders

For shipping quotes to Europe and USA, please e-mail sharonib@hotmail.co.uk with details of the item/s you are interested in purchasing and the full shipping address you wish the item/s to be sent to.

We will get back to you within 24 hours with our most competative quote.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completley satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 working days.

We will happily replace any item that is deemed to be faulty, or offer a full refund where we cannot fulfil an order or obligation.

Items must be return to us undamaged, with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

In conjunction with direct selling regulations, you are perfectly within you rights to cancel your order 'within 7 working days' of the order date, for whatever reason.
