Orders
Placing and order is easy!
Just select the item you wish to purchase and 'Add to Basket'. Upon 'Checkout' the item will be detailed along with the appropriate delivery charge for this item. You will be asked to add your personal details for delivery and payment will then be taken using our 'Secure on-line credit card payment facility'.
In conjunction with direct selling regulations, you are perfectly within you rights to return your order 'within 7 working days' of receipt of your goods, for whatever reason. Please see Delivery, Returns & International Orders, for further details.

Wood That's Good store has a secure shopping cart system as it's protected by a 128bit SSL Secure Server which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted.
Payment by Cheque
We do accept cheques, however this is not the suggested method of payment should you wish to have an order processed quickly. Goods can not be sent out to you until payment has cleared, which may take an extra 3-5 working days and relies on the relevant banking systems.
