Orders

Placing an order is easy!

1. Just select the item you wish to purchase and click 'Add to Cart'.
2. You will arrive at the 'Shopping Cart' where the item is listed. If you wish to change how many items you would like to purchase enter the number in the 'Qty' box and click 'Update Cart' or click 'remove' to remove the item from the 'Shopping Cart'. You will need to select the appropriate 'Delivery Option'. Please note Next Day UK delivery is available only on certain items as specified in the item description. You may click 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout' to proceed with your purchase.
3. Within the 'Checkout' enter your billing and delivery address including your e-mail and telephone number. You will also need to enter a password and repeat this password in the box below to create an account with us before you can proceed further. Click on the 'PayPal Credit/Debit cards' button and you will be transferred to PayPal.
4. PayPal handle credit and debit card transactions for Wood That's Good. Check the order total is correct and either login to your PayPal account if you have one or enter your credit / debit card details to complete your purchase.

In conjunction with direct selling regulations, you are perfectly within you rights to return your order 'within 7 working days' from receipt of your goods, for whatever reason. Please see the Delivery page for further details.

Any information transferred between you and the Wood That's Good server during the shopping cart process is encrypted and therefore cannot be read by anyone else.

Wood That's good uses PayPal to process all of our credit and debit card transactions. PayPal have for more than a decade been the market leader in online payments and are used by eBay Inc. Any Credit or Debit Card information is not passed from PayPal to Wood That's Good.
